Well peeps, on Aug 13th I ran my first trail run! It was awesome! It was an 11 miler through the redwood forest! The elevation climb was crazy...but it was fun! I ran with my friend Michele. We had a blast. Running under the canopy of the redwoods was majical...jumping over dead logs & crossing over creeks & ponds was amazing. It was a great experience to say the least. One thing for sure...I'm gonna do it again!
