Went for a 3 mile run yesterday...and man was it hard! Felt like I was running a hundred miles! :o I think a lack of sleep & not eating enough was the reason why. Good news is that nothing hurts even though I had to really push myself. Still feeling really good about the upcoming 5k, but, my hubby says I should try & think about doing the 8.5 mile race??? I think with some training I could do it! :) Gotta luv the hubby for his encouragment!
